I found a great product. It’s called perfect pushups. I know, it Kinda sounds like a bra commercial, but I assure you it’s not. It is safe to watch the video, I promise…..

People always forget about body weight movements. This is a great home exercise tool for a reasonable price that you can use at home or one the road if you are traveling.

If there is a Walgreens near you I would buy them there. They are $10 cheaper than online.

They even come with a cool little exercise chart with demonstrations and a routine for beginners to advanced.

Positives

1. You can put whole fruit in it. No peeling, no slicing and no dicing!
2. Makes a smooth blend of fruits and or juices with no pulp, seeds or chunks!
3. Competitively priced at only $99
4. Makes more than juice…makes sauces, dressings and frozen treats
5. Dishwasher safe
6. Comes with handy “secrets of power juicing recipes”

Negative

The only negative I found with the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer is the somewhat lengthy clean up time. Compared to other juicers, not really any worse though.

All in all, I would highly recommend the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer. The benefits of raw food like fruits and vegetables in a drink makes getting your daily dose a lot easier and tastier!

Also, if you buy fresh juices…..the Jack Lalanne power juicer will save you money and pay for it’s self quickly!
