Subject: Thank you!

Dear Pat,

I wanted to write to say thank you and apologize. First I want to thank you for the truly inspiring methodology teachings that you gave on the coaching call. Second, I want to say that I am sorry for doubting you and what you were teaching. It took me continuously failing in my efforts to change my health to come back to the things that you talked about on the coaching call. I have since applied everything that you talked about and with in a couple of months my whole life is different not just my health situation. I was riddled with all sorts of health ailments including obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes. Since reading over my notes and really taking to heart your teachings over the past 2 months, everything has changed! I have lost 30 pounds, my blood pressure is back to normal and the doctor said that he is SHOCKED that my diabetes is near remission.

It was only through really believing and applying everything that you said. I wake up everyday and do my declarations and believe them as I say them. I visualize who I want to become and I am quickly becoming that person! I am so full of energy I feel like I can take on the world! I have a positive outlook on my life, I am taking responsibility for my health and not making excuses anymore! Those days are over! :)

Thank you so much for everything and I hope that you can get your book published. The world needs it! :)

Sincerely Healthier & Happier,

Janet Wilson

Ps. May you and your family have a safe and happy holidays this year! God Bless!

….In choosing training partners over the years few could withstand the training necessary to develop a pro level physique…Upon meeting Pat in 2001, at the time I never realized that I was not only entering into one of the most productive times of my training, but also making a life long friend…a brother.

….Appreciating one for their passion in the gym and for their commitment to training is one thing, but to witness first hand that passion and commitment carry over into everything they do….appreciation turns to admiration. Thank you Pat…for your presence…most of all your patience, persistence and perseverance.
