Ask yourself this very important question when it comes to your health and fitness goals. This is one of the foundation principals that I use when working with clients and I learned it from the genius in the previous post……

Jim Rohn once said “the bigger the why, the easier the how?”

I use that all the time in my own life and when working with others and it always rings true. Do yourself a favor, set some time aside and really think about why you want to achieve certain goals whether it’s health or money…..it doesn’t matter. Come up with the most important things and make a list. It could be 3 things or 20 things, but keep them in order of importance.

Read this list everyday at least one time. I always read my why’s list before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning to set my intentions for the day.
